Role Overview:

As a Remote Dating Content Moderator, you will be responsible for reviewing user-generated content (profiles, photos, messages, and interactions) to ensure compliance with our community standards and safety policies. You will actively involved in promoting You will play a vital role in creating a respectful and secure platform for all users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and review user profiles, photos, videos, and messages for guideline violations.

  • Identify and remove content that is offensive, inappropriate, fraudulent, or in violation of terms.

  • Respond to reports from users regarding abuse, spam, or suspicious behavior.

  • Escalate serious concerns (e.g., threats, harassment, scams) to senior moderation or legal teams as needed.

  • Provide clear and empathetic communication when issuing warnings or bans.

  • Help maintain a database of recurring issues and contribute to improving moderation policies.

  • Stay informed on online safety trends, moderation tools, and emerging risks in digital dating.

Requirements:

  • Good written and spoken English skills.

  • Knowledge of at least one European language (preferably Eastern European).

  • Proven experience in online content moderation, community management, or customer support (preferred but not required).

  • Excellent written communication and judgment skills.

  • Strong awareness of internet culture and dating app behavior.

  • High attention to detail and ability to maintain objectivity under pressure.

  • Comfortable reviewing sensitive or adult content in a professional and discreet manner.

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

  • Based in Europe or familiar with European culture and norms.
