Welcome to HoneyCash.com (“HoneyCash”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the HoneyCash platform.

 

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account, access content, or use any services on HoneyCash. By using HoneyCash, you confirm that:

  • You are legally permitted to use the platform under local, state, and international laws.

  • You will not access the platform from any jurisdiction where it is prohibited.

We may request age or identity verification at any time and suspend or terminate your account if we believe you are underage or misrepresenting your identity.

 

2. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must register and maintain an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information.

  • Keep your login credentials confidential.

  • Be fully responsible for any activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these terms or our community guidelines.

 

3. Content and Conduct

For Creators:

You are solely responsible for the content you post. By uploading or publishing content on HoneyCash, you confirm that:

  • You own the rights to the content or have legal permission to share it.

  • Your content complies with all applicable laws and our [Community Guidelines].

  • You do not post content that is illegal, exploitative, hateful, violent, or otherwise harmful.

You retain ownership of your content but grant HoneyCash a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute it on our platform for the purposes of operating the service.

For Fans:

You agree not to:

  • Screenshot, record, download, share, or redistribute any content from HoneyCash.

  • Harass or abuse creators or other users.

  • Engage in fraudulent or deceptive behavior.

 

4. Payments and Payouts

For Fans:

  • Subscriptions, tips, and pay-per-view content are processed via our secure payment system.

  • All purchases are final. Refunds are only issued in cases of proven fraud or billing errors, subject to our discretion.

For Creators:

  • You will earn a percentage of your earnings from subscriptions, tips, and other paid content (e.g., typically 80%).

  • You are responsible for reporting and paying any taxes related to your income.

  • Payouts are processed in accordance with our [Payout Policy] and may be delayed due to verification, fraud checks, or third-party issues.

 

5. Intellectual Property

HoneyCash and its original content, features, and branding are the exclusive property of HoneyCash.com and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from our platform or content without prior written consent.

 

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use HoneyCash for illegal or unauthorized purposes.

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users’ accounts or HoneyCash’s systems.

  • Circumvent or attempt to bypass security measures or content restrictions.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of your account and potential legal action.

 

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in behavior that we determine is harmful to the platform or its users.

Upon termination, your access to content will be revoked and any unpaid funds may be forfeited if obtained through fraud or violations.

 

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

HoneyCash is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

  • That the platform will always be safe, secure, or error-free.

  • That content will always be available or free from infringement.

Use the platform at your own risk.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HoneyCash shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

  • Lost profits

  • Data loss

  • Content removal

  • Unauthorized access to your account

 

10. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll notify users via email or a platform announcement. Continued use of HoneyCash after changes become effective constitutes your agreement to the revised terms.

 

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law principles. All disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in United Kingdom.

 

12. DMCA Takedown Requests (Copyright Complaints)

HoneyCash complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe that content on our platform infringes your copyright, please send a written notification with the following information to our designated agent:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent;

  2. A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed;

  3. A description of where the allegedly infringing content is located on HoneyCash (include URLs if possible);

  4. Your contact information (email address, phone number, and mailing address);

  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner;

  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

13. Model Release Requirements (For Creators)

As a content creator, you are fully responsible for ensuring that everyone appearing in your uploaded content is:

  • At least 18 years of age (or age of majority in their jurisdiction),

  • Aware of and consents to the creation and distribution of the content,

  • Covered by a signed model release, where required by law.

HoneyCash reserves the right to request model releases or proof of identity for any individuals depicted in your content. Failure to comply may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent ban.

If you upload content featuring other individuals without their consent or appropriate documentation, you may be held legally and financially liable for violations of privacy, publicity, or content ownership laws.
